Having way too much fun in the kitchen lately! The goal- nutritious, delicious, satisfying and kid approved! ?????? As some of you may notice, we travel a ton. So when we are home, we love our time in the kitchen, at the beach, going to church, reading more, extended family time, island adventures, time with friends, caring for our health and just cruising!!! Travel does require recovery no matter how healthy you may be. The crazy life of airplanes, travel earing and bouncing from homes away from homes does take a toll; especially with kids!!! And on another note~ Nutritious food can be healing from many of the diseases we face nowadays! If you are suffering from disease or more mild symptoms like low energy; I recommend looking into healthier eating! Recently, I’ve been reading books and listening to podcasts that have really encouraged me to to stay motivated, try different approaches to find what works for us; and not let the junk stuff creep into our pantry! Oh, and we are eating highly plant based due to the environmental effects the animal agriculture is responsible for. It’s as high as 18 percent of greenhouse gas emissions, more than the combined exhaust from all transportation. According to the documentary #Cowspriracy ? Anyway, We’ve been making our own sprouts, making healthy blended meals, fancy salads, dehyrated goodies and all kinds of delicious stuff! It’s good fun!!! #bhbodyandsoul
