I experienced that: "The more I fight against a defeat, the worse it gets! It's better to accept and support my body.

Regularly when I have my highpoint, a big down came in. This balanced approach is natural, because it's like a thunderstorm that arrives after a heat-wave. Sometimes, I just confront with an "out-of-shape-period" in climbing but the down can be more annoying, like injuries. I have to accept the circumstance as apart of my life and don't fight against it, but work with it positively. And this is anything but easy! I need to maintain a clear head, find the reason behind the happening and search for ways to come out of it again. Usually, a well planned recovery period not only support healing but also prevent downs to came in. Some of you may be happy not to be alone to have annoying defeats. What did you experience? How do you deal with downs and injuries? ? by @bernieruech //: Hahntennjoch in Imst
