Important pit stop at @gazirestaurant yesterday afternoon. Hunger allayed by flathead with herbs and a tomato salad with sesame seeds and lettuce and radish salad with Green Goddess dressing. All so beautiful, I had to give their salads their own close-ups too (pics 2 and 3). I also had a glorious bowl of sautéed amaranth (pic 4) which reminded me of being in Mykonos with @themagicbayleaf last Summer. And of course, I had to start off with their fabulous taramasalata, along with a smoked aubergine/eggplant (well, I am in Australia) dip and the best, most cushiony pitta ever (pic 5)
