INGREDIENTS:
325g White Chocolate
150g Heavy Cream
30g Condensed Milk
15g Matcha (e.g. Midori™ Culinary Matcha)

DIRECTIONS:
1. Boil 150g of heavy cream with 30g condensed milk.
2. When the cream starts to boil, add 325g of white chocolate and stir it until it starts to melt.
3. When the chocolate starts to melt, add 15g of culinary matcha.
4. Pour the melted chocolate in a square mold.
5. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
6. Tear hardened chocolate into bits and shape it into a ball.
7. Cover the chocolate ball with matcha.
