In the first photograph, a group of Honduran #migrants travel inside a truck near Tecún Umán, #Guatemala, which borders with Chiapas, #Mexico, on Oct. 19. “It was very hot inside,” recalls photographer @ramos_fred, and a woman vomited soon after this picture was made. Ramos estimated the temperature inside was between 95-104 degrees Fahrenheit (35-40 degrees Celsius). In the days afterward, a Honduran man died after falling off a moving vehicle as it snaked northward. In the second photograph, from Oct. 27, groups of Central American migrants enter the Mexican state of Oaxaca.
