When Raffaella Vignatelli assumed leadership of Fendi Casa last year, she made her father’s historic Italian palazzo the new headquarters for the Italian furniture empire, as seen in our Jan/Feb 2019 issue. With the help of Parisian decorator Jacques Grange, the space was transformed into a meticulously restored, magnificent showcase for the iconic brand. The salon in Gandolfi Hall is decorated with trompe l’oeil elements, including a painted vault attributed to the 18th-century artist Gaetano Gandolfi.
