This was us one year ago today in Griffith Park, hiking as far as we could go with a 5yo to the Hollywood sign. It seems like so much longer ago than that. Over the past year, we have traveled all over California— to LA, San Francisco, Sonoma, San Jose, Santa Cruz, Monterey, Big Sur... and to San Diego the year before that. Or was it two years ago? Each trip to California was so special to us and my heart breaks for everyone who has lost so much in the wildfires this year.
