Hands down, the best part of the morning adventures (aside from our snazzy coordinated holiday socks) was the treasure hunt my parents pulled together for the boys! There were clues on scrolls, a proper pirate map, and the whole thing culminated in the kids literally using shovels to dig up treasures buried under chalk X’s in the backyard. I mean... my parents are freakin’ superheroes!!! I’m so grateful they help make my boys’ childhoods magical, memorable, special and full of whimsy. Thanks, Nana & Poppy. ?
