Shadow work is one of my favorite ways to approach transformation (Does the question “WTF is transformation?” come up for you like it used to for me every time I heard that word? For now, let’s just call it ‘changing your life for the better’), because shadow work is one of the most direct and effective methods of awakening to truth. What we’re trying to do in shadow work is to come to a place of acceptance with all parts of ourselves, and the result/gift is that we stop projecting our disowned darkness (and light!!!) onto people outside of us.

@albertovilloldo_thefourwinds is offering 10 days of how to do shadow work right now and I’m going to be posting more about this over the next week. Because its never been more obvious to me that if we all don’t start doing this work now… its literally going to kill us.
