Wednesday: Fatty Fatteh, one of my favourite Levantine dishes. My own spin on it, both toasted and fresh pita bread for texture, a yoghurt tahini mix with garlic and lemon, cumin infused clarified butter, soft fudgy eggs, roasted tomato, pomegranate, toasted pine nuts and plenty of chopped parsley. If you have leftover turkey from yesterday then this could be next level!
