The story goes that in the early 20th century, migrant Indian sugar plantation workers in South Africa lacking their familiar roti, used the local white loaves of bread to transport their curry for lunch in the fields. And so Bunny Chow was born! An ingenious and delicious solution to a problem if you ask me. #symmetrybreakfast
