Saturday: Baked eggs with artichoke hearts, the recipe is from @abrowntable’s new book #Season which is incredibly spiced with fenugreek, clove, garlic, lemon and chilli. Reminds me of making a panzanella bread salad (without tomatoes)!! Delicious and easy too. Absolutely perfect for a snowy Shanghai day of Christmas tree shopping ???
