Resistance bands are a great way to increase muscle tension.
You can use bands as a warm up and in your workout routines.
Bands can be used for any muscle or in a rehab program.
The glutes respond well to resistance bands. My suggestion is to
start with light bands and then work up to heavier resistance bands.
