I started out in track and field as a varsity pole vaulter, then running, got into bodybuilding, transitioned into hot yoga, and now golf and CrossFit. I like to be a well rounded athlete who’s good at many things. Strength, speed, endurance, flexibility, mobility, etc. My current training allows me to be all of those things.

The reason why I think I will be doing this type of training for a long time is because of a few reasons...
▫️My body has transformed faster than any other sport I’ve been involved in
▫️The workouts are short, but effective
▫️I can eat a hell of a lot more
▫️The workouts are intense but extremely fun & always different
▫️It’s improved my golf game tremendously
▫️The community is bomb

One thing that confuses me is the hate I see towards CrossFit which I don’t really understand. Again I don’t want anyone discriminating against ANY sport or physical activity. This goes for anyone or any sport... If you show up, put in the work, and want to get better everyday you have my respect and should be respected by everyone. Don’t care if it’s the NFL or extreme ping pong. Anyway, that’s kind of been a topic on my mind lately. Would like to get your thoughts!
