Comfortable being in my own skin♥️☺️ Sounds so weird probably! But sometimes I’ve had so much issues with myself, setting high demands on what I am “supposed” to look like, what I should be, comparing myself to others etc. Ugh!!! So annoying that your mind can play such games with you, while it’s not even necessary what so ever.😅 while being aware of this lately I’ve been feeling so much more at peace and just really appreciate my body for what it is😍 How? By letting some of my idealistic ideas go, by seeing that my hard work is worth so much more than what I value it to be!! Literally everything you tell your mind becomes some kind of reality. So please remind yourself to at least have one good appreciative thought a day♥️💪🏽 It helps so much! Give it a try and find something good about yourself each day, because those small steps will ad up to a way better body image and stronger mindset. 🙌🏼
