Seated cable overhead shoulder fly. Not your typical shoulder movement but one that works very well at the end of a workout. Try keeping the same elbow angle the entire time. 3 set with two drops. Do 12 reps till failure, lighten the weight and then do 8 reps. Full workout - click the link in bio
