Tailor to the stars John Pearse and stylist Florence Nicaise Pearse were vacationing in Uruguay when they visited the town of Garzón for dinner, and immediately fell in love. As a destination for many creatives around the world, Garzón is verdant, tranquil and charming–the perfect place to build a winter getaway. The Pearse’s home, both modern and rustic, embodies the overall beauty of the quaint town. On their veranda, the dining table is of Brazilian wood and the pendants were purchased locally.
