PR and marketing firm founder Malcolm Carfrae and advertising executive John Wattiker were hunting for a new apartment, when they decided to instead remodel their petite Greenwich village pad into a more spacious home, as seen in our December 2018 issue. With a few walls opened up and a fresh eye, the space was transformed into a fashionable, open-concept space. In the study, the sofa in a Ralph Lauren Home velvet is from ABC Carpet & Home, the cocktail tables are by the Apartment by the Line, and the wallpaper is by Kelly Wearstler.
