Been to a lot of fusion places lately and this one is still a firm fave. Delicately balanced flavours, beautiful cocktails, and most importantly fantastic mouthfuls of delight. Loveeeed the squid ink cod tempura, because I still dream of that little flavour bomb, and also the soy cured tuna sashimi - miniature works of art ?
