Happy Thanksgiving!! ?
After having the opportunity to train with the @powerandgraceperformance team yesterday and lifting with the powerhouses that are @jessien_bradley @jourdannn_14 and @モーガン・キング I am feeling so much gratitude for the people that have come in to my life and the bonds I have made as a result of my athletic career. I am especially grateful for my coach @aimees2cents for being much more than just a coach the last few months, weightlifting coaching wasn’t all that I needed and Aimee has been much more than that to me. Thankful for @catalystathletics for accepting me on to the team and giving me the most amazing teammates to share the next chapter of my journey with. Thankful for my former coaches that have gotten me this far - especially @burnscolin and @im53batch . Thankful for all of YOU fans and supporters that keep me excited to be a content creator to share this journey candidly. And thankful for being blessed with the most stubborn and strong willed personality that has kept me from giving up when the cards have stacked against me like they were recently. I’m excited about weightlifting again and I am so hungry to be better than ever.
