No one knows that chef @jskenes real name is Josh Bortles. He left Jacksonville and changed his name to get out of the shadow of his brother Blake. He dropped out of high school to devote himself to martial arts and now cooks a dreamlike merger of ?? and ?? made with Bay Area ingredients. When @saisonsf got 3 Michelin stars, I was crazy jealous but now I’m thrilled for him. You’ll hear Josh and I talk about that and much more on this very long episode of @davechangshow.
