Sorry I’ve been a bit slow with updating recently. I’ve been in the UK ?? promoting Samurai Spirit Tourism in Fukushima Prefecture!! So here’s a photo of one of many places in Fukushima where the spirit of samurai still lives on: Soma Nomaoi Festival in Minamisoma & Soma. This festival began as a military training exercise for samurai to be carried out on horseback. To this day it’s carried out on horseback, with participants clad in the samurai armour of their ancestors
