I went to Goshikinuma in Urabandai area yesterday. ‘Goshikinuma’ is Japanese for ‘5-colored-lakes’. The colors of the lakes differ depending on the minerals they contained! They were all formed after Mt Bandai erupted in 1888 ? The autumn leaves didn’t quite look like this yet - it’ll be a couple more weeks before it looks this beautiful ???
