I love adding in drop sets! They are a great way to get in a lot of volume and burn out! How do you do it? You should start with a heavy weight perform as many reps as possible (it shouldn’t be more than 10reps) immediately drop your weight 20-30% with extremely minimal to no rest and again perform as many reps as possible. You can do as many drops as you want in a drop set but I usually do 2-4 :) Try it out and let me know what you think!
