Yesterday I had the opportunity to talk about three trips that have shaped the way I look at the environment and the issue of climate change at @britishfilminstitute for @vevolution_ . Despite spending months preparing the talk and learning it by heart, it didn’t go as well as I had hoped. I forgot a few lines and had a few technical hitches. Nothing major but I guess that’s the risk of public speaking. It’s a humbling reminder that things don’t always go to plan and sometimes you just have to roll with the punches. I felt proud to be speaking about an issue I’m passionate about and grateful to everyone who came down to watch. ✊??
