1 year ago today my great Aunt Carol (left) finished her battle with cancer and passed away on my Grammas (right) birthday. .

This year as we celebrate my Grandma Joan (THE most amazing woman) turning 87 we remember that sassy young spirit that was my aunt Carol. She was somethin! These two sisters balanced each other out so well as they shared life everyday. They battled in scrabble for years, went to church together and sometimes just sat reading. They were besties??
