🍂I aimed to make my 1,111th post on 11/11, so make a wish with me 🌟
I picked up this huge leaf halfway through our hike and it helped keep my head dry while walking in between tree groves. I decided to keep it as a memento of this much needed head-clearing walk through nature while I was in Oregon. Many thanks to my brave fallen foliage friend for the dry spot 🍁 This month has been really busy for me with traveling and work and I haven’t really felt myself in a while. I noticed that stress tends to make me withdraw, when I’m feeling down I hardly pick up my phone because it gives me a weird feeling in my chest to force myself to be social when I’m not feeling up to it, but I woke up to some great news this morning that I’ve been REALLY needing to hear for a while now and I’m feeling good about today so I wanted to share my positive energy in a post with you while it lasts 🍂 while I’m here I wanted to ask if any of you experience seasonal depression? What do you think causes these feelings and what do you do to take the edge off or cope with the feeling around this time of year?
