Still thinking about this past weekend and the inaugural @outwild.co festival 🌿 I went in unsure of what to expect and also a bit nervous, since it was my first experience coaching (!!) NOT on climbing, but on goal-setting and intentional leadership.

I’ve kept quiet about it, but I am finishing up my @ipeccoaching certification 📚 through the same program that @sannimccandless graduated from and introduced me to a year ago. It’s truly been the most eye-opening process I’ve ever embarked on.

To see @sannimccandless @courtsanford and @jeremyrjensen realize their @outwild.co creation of uniting the outdoor community with coaching is SO amazing and inspirational, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have been included.

I haven’t even touched on the amazing people that attended. Compassionate, articulate, powerful speakers and attendees alike. We connected and learned so much from each other in the course of 72 hours. I am forever grateful for those times of openness and vulnerability that everyone brought to the table. THANK YOU, thank you, from the bottom of my heart. I can’t wait for next year 🧡💛🧡💛🧡💛
