#Bhekasana as Kino said... this is a very challenging posture... there’s a lot happening in every direction and that’s were it gets really interesting... that sweet point where everything just comes together and ... there you are... free... it doesn’t matter if it only lasts for a second or two.. is there... it’s always been there... it is... I , personally, do not think there’s such a thing as a “perfect posture”... I believe there’s as many perfect postures as people consciously and mindfully practicing all over the world.. so this is my #bhekanana tonight.. it might, probably, be a very different one tomorrow.. so... it doesn’t really matter... just be here.. NOW.
#bhekasana Comme l’a dit Kino... celle-ci est une posture assez intense car il y a plein de choses qui se passent au même temps... et c’est là que cela devient intéressant, ce “sweet point” où tout converge , où il y plus de pensée, plus d’effort... juste de la présence dans la posture... la liberté..! Personnellement , je ne pense pas que la “posture parfaite” existe... je pense que il y a autant de postures parfaites que des yogis et Yoginis qui pratiquent en pleine conscience partout dans le monde... Donc, voici mon #Bhekasana ce soir... demain elle serait probablement très différente... mais ce soir.. la voici... it doesn’t really matter.. soyons... maintenant. ICI.
