A lot of times you guys ask me how come I don’t sweat when I workout. I actually sweat a TON haha, but I do most of my workouts in Arizona and the climate there is so dry that my sweat evaporates and dries super fast! By the time I film my video my sweat is gone ????. Another question I get asked often is “if I don’t sweat does that mean my workout wasn’t hard enough?” Not at all! We are all different and sweat is not an indication of how hard you worked.
