Monday: Dutch Baby ????(although some will say it’s a glorified yorkshire pudding) filled with treats from the freezer ? all sorts of frozen summer fruits, strawberries, raspberries and blueberries that were past their best a few months ago so I popped them in a freezer bag. Gently cooked until syrupy. With some fresh orange and pomegranate to zhush it up.

There is a recipe for a Dutch Baby in my book, which is a corruption of the word Deutsch and absolutely nothing to do with the Netherlands. The basic recipe is for equal parts flour, egg and milk, ridiculously hot fat in a pan in the oven, don’t open the door and pro tip, make the batter the night before, it needs to rest too, it’s a total doddle to make ?? #symmetrybreakfast
