While we can’t all be Broadway set designers, there are some things we can do to create an environment that moves us, says creative director David Korins (who has “Hamilton" and "Dear Evan Hansen” on his resume). Here are his three steps: first, think about who you want to be and why you do the things you do. Second, create a plan and try to follow through with it. Third, execute it. “Shakespeare said it: ‘All the world's a stage.’ He nailed that part. What he screwed up royally was that part where he said, ‘And we are merely players.’ It's ridiculous.
