Post 1/3: My name is Anton and I'm a Ukrainian inventor. This is my grandmother. Today I’m taking over UNICEF’s Instagram account to explain how she inspired me to invent a device that helps people with injuries and disabilities to regain their motor functions. I studied aviation engineering at university. My specialism was robotics. So when my grandmother lost movement in her right hand five years ago, I was determined to help. Iron Man 3 was just hitting cinemas and I saw the modular suit of Tony Stark. I realized that a modular exoskeleton could help her, not only to move her hand again but to rehabilitate it. Since then my invention has received many awards. Now I always tell people to think about the future. Do not be afraid to try new things.
