October has been showing me a lot, but the main lesson has been to slow down. To create a nourishing balance between planning and spontaneity, to honor how I’m feeling from moment to moment, and to be at peace with doing nothing. Living nomadically and exploring places for a shorter amount of time can be overwhelming when you want to experience as much of them as you can, but I have to remind myself this is my entire life right now, and rest is just as important as adventure. I hurt my neck the week before last sleeping and was in a ton of pain. I got so frustrated because for several days it wasn’t getting any better, until I reminded myself it wasn’t going to unless I found the lesson and was grateful for what the pain was showing me. I sat in meditation, I gave my body extra water, extra tea, I stretched gently, and I asked what I was being shown for a few days. And after that I just rested. And rested more. I realized how much I’ve gotten caught up in planning out so much of my time just so I can get in everything I want to do, but then I reminded myself there will always be “time” for what is meant for us. What’s most important is to honor how we are feeling each moment. To ask what our Soul craves right Now. Yes, planning is absolutely beneficial and nourishing in several ways, but we also have to allow room for our Divine destiny to be able to move and dance. There is a lot of heavy energy continuing to be cleared right now, headaches seem prominent so drink plenty of tea and water and cut down on screen time, and you may be asked to restructure important areas of your life currently, just as I have been. Just remember it is all a necessary part of your expansion. It is absolutely okay how you are feeling. Remain patient and aware. Listen to the tugs and pulls of your intuition. Be gentle with yourself. Breathe and stretch. I love you!!! PS - The rotten pumpkins have the funnest personalities. Happy Fall, y’all! ???✨?

October has been showing me a lot, but the main lesson has been to slow down.
To create a nourishing balance between planning and spontaneity, to honor how I’m feeling from moment to moment, and to be at peace with doing nothing.

I hurt my neck the week before last sleeping and was in a ton of pain. I got so frustrated because for several days it wasn’t getting any better, until I reminded myself it wasn’t going to unless I found the lesson and was grateful for what the pain was showing me.

And after that I just rested. And rested more.
