Be present.
But remember you are not obligated to be an emotional dumping ground in order to deserve connection.
“I am open, I am present, and I create space for you to express yourself freely with me” does NOT have to equate to “I feel every emotion you are feeling because this is the only way to understand you”.
And welcome to New Earth, where you are not a hero for taking on other’s emotions either.
Nobody asked you to do this.
So ask yourself why you are.
Why play the hero when you can simply be a friend?
No, nobody deserves a fucking award for choosing to be an emotional dumping ground.
You are not obligated to play this role and you never were.
So be conscious enough to observe where you lack boundaries and use the power you have access to at all times to create them.
There exists a field where multiple humans can express themselves openly without taking on the others’ emotional baggage. It overflows with wildflowers and laughter. Heart song flows freely without the need for explanation. A beautiful paradise. A New Earth.
