I often get asked how I do crazy lifts like this with @vanessabauer_skates or when I was on the ice with @itspsd during @dancingonice ⛸
For me it comes down to three key areas:
1️⃣ Technique • Learning correct form is the key to safe and secure lifts.
2️⃣ Attack • You have to give lifts 110% every time you do them. It’s always better to make an aggressive mistake, than be tentative.
3️⃣ Confidence • Believe in your ability, you can often achieve more than you could ever imagine.
