“How do you manage your busy lifestyle?” was one of the questions I got requested to cover on the blog this week through my IG stories. I started to think, how well do I do this? Can I even speak on this? I don’t have everything figured out, some days I am totally overwhelmed by everything we manage and have going on (especially this week). I needed to be reminded of some of these tips I’m sharing on the blog today for maintaining peace of mind in busy seasons of life.

This has undoubtedly been one of our busiest seasons yet, and even though I’m so excited about everything we have launching soon, I also protect my health, rest and well-being above goals. I’ve burned out in the past and it’s not fun, because without your health, you can’t do much! You can’t serve and love on those around you well. It’s also about your mental health and this world/our culture glorifies being “busy” a little more than I am comfortable with.
