The Banksy stunt that stunned the art world last week has yielded a new, and possibly even more valuable, work of art. Moments after ”Girl with Balloon" sold for $1.4 million at an auction, the painting was partially shredded in its frame, drawing gasps from onlookers. Since then, the sale has been confirmed and the shredded art has been given a new title: “Love is in the Bin.”
