What are you cooking up for your #SundayRoast today? It's not too late to cook up my roast topside of beef for lunch today. My #TopTip is seasoning the outside of the beef generously with freshly ground black pepper then searing it in a super-hot pan as this will give you a bark-like, gnarly coating that everyone will go mad for!
