Another day fighting snatches. It’s frustrating to make technical changes (especially when you want them all to be PERFECT & they’re just not there yet lol), but I have been working SO hard. I am overall stronger than I have been in a while, so I know that if I just keep putting the pieces together it will all come together in time. A bunch of block snatch doubles & my last set of 7x5 from this morning at 150kg/330lbs. Body weight FINALLY hit 70kg today for the first time since pre worlds last year & I am PUMPED. I can already feel small changes in my overall strength with some extra body weight. Now to just keep it goin. @rpstrength “MATTIE10” for templates!
