So the bet was: I can go up for last set of triples, BUT if I miss I have to go back down for an extra set AND I wasn’t allowed to ask to go above what was programmed for 2 weeks. After an early dropped jerk on the LAST ONE, I got a second chance (for my 8th triple of the day) & naaaaiiiillledd it (a Lil ugly but a wins a win for today). 8’s & triples all week made for some SORE LEGS (and back), but I’m pumped to be feeling stronger every day! #iwanttovomit @2poodperformance @rehband @xendurance #LeVerified
