finding inspiration in this new season. a morning walk as the sky turned from rich October sunshine to wholly warm grey, a promise of rain on the horizon .
this time of year I’ve always got pockets full of acorns and beautiful brown horse chestnuts. As things change outside so to does the scenery inside as I reach for the warmth of candlelight and a more muted palette in my work .
