Full Body Circuit 🔥 Here is a sneak peak of the first workout on my @healthyholidaycompany retreat here in Portugal 🇵🇹 No equipment required! Work for 45 seconds, rest for 15 seconds. Repeat the circuit 3 times with minimal rest: ➡️ Reverse burpees ➡️ Kick Throughs ➡️ Pop Squats ➡️ 3 Way Raised Crunches 💪🏼 The full retreat workout consists of three circuits, each one with a lower body, upper body, core and cardio exercise.
