On last week’s episode of “The Bachelor Vietnam,” bachelor Quoc Trung eliminated contestant Minh Thu by not giving her a rose. However, instead of fighting for him, Thu confessed her love for a fellow contestant, Truc Nhu. Thu then asks Nhu to “come home with me.” Nhu appears to agree, handing back her rose to Trung, and she and Thu leave together. Many said it was a real win for same-sex representation. In Vietnam, same-sex marriage is legal, but couples lack the same rights as straight couples.
