Also I had a cyst remove in my right wrist and it caused quite a bit of damage and inflammation in the muscles so the wrist support has been very helpful to remove some tension and help my wrist heal while training

2014 CrossFit Games Champion Camille Leblanc-Bazinet (59kg, @hookgripcan/@hookgripusa/@clbnation) clean and jerking 110kg/242lb at the 2018 USAW AO3! She’s also a 9-time individual competitor at the CFG and she’s probably one of the best known CFers in the world.
