Healthy Living??? It might be the end of Bikini season as the Autumn ? arrives but that doesn’t mean to stop training & eating healthy. Summer bodies are made in the winter. So don’t let all the hard work go. I believe it’s important to make regular training & eating healthy a part of your daily lifestyle, not just for a season but all year round... I got tired of seeing endless women doing liquid diets & cutting out carbs just for summer.. That’s not a way of life.. it’s best to learn how to eat healthy & train regular. I don’t put my PT clients on diets. I just teach them how to eat healthy & the importance of regular training for health & mind. In a nut shell all I promote is a healthy living & that’s why I called my cookbook “healthy living cookbook”. All real food natural ingredients only.. I don’t believe in fad diets as most I’ve seen the women, have gained the weight back after & some people even more weight! But if your consistent with healthy eating & training regular then it will become your healthy routine & new healthy habitats will form. . Honestly all it takes is to try just healthy food ? swaps for 4x weeks & regular training like 3-4 days a week & keep the consistency & see your body & life start to transform.
