Today is the premiere of #CityofJoy on @ネットフリックス . I have no idea how to express the importance of this documentary. I remember when I first saw it at a screening in NYC, I thought I would never recover from the stories of unspeakable violence. At the Q&A afterwards I didn’t even feel worthy to share the same space- breathe the same air as these women. The courage and strength of these survivors- and how they turned their tragedy into leadership for women of similar circumstance is something you will NEVER forget. I dare you to watch this film and not want to change everything about your life.
