Just remember, health & fitness should NEVER feel like a life sentence.

Being obsessive about ANYthing is not healthy.

I choose to live a healthy lifestyle but I won’t skip a bbq, Bday party or night out with the girls to avoid temptation. Instead, I live life in moderation and refuse to feel guilty.

When you make smart choices a way of life and allow yourself a little room to have the things in life you love...the temptation for the rest kinda fades away and a little bit of cake, wine..etc becomes completely fulfilling..and OK.

Of course, it takes WORK to get where you wanna be but the fun should never end just cuz u want a 6 pack. 😇
