WHATS YOUR FITNESS GOALS? 💪🏼🌟
My height 5’5 | My current weight is 128.6lbs. I just measured my body fat and I’m 10.6% - I do functional training 3 days a week and weight train 3 days a week with one rest day! My diet is a pescatarian based and I have a big re-feed meal once a week. Calorie intake is around 2400 a day. MY FITNESS GOAL right now is to slowly put on muscle but stay relatively lean in the process.
