Happiness is beautiful??‍♀️? Mental health is something we don’t talk about very often, but it’s something that many people deal with! I say, don’t be afraid to talk about your problems or search for help. If I look at myself I’ve been ignoring my own problems for way too long. After my mom died I’ve been tucking it away for most of the time. Simple way to deal with it, bad way to get over it. Even though I’m doing fine now, I still feel there’s some unsolved business in my mind? So I decided to take therapy and figure it out. Why put it on here and make myself vulnerable?
